Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in one order and they were delivered simultaneously;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by email: Support@AestheticNoble.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but delivery can only take place after 30 days and the value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
